Over the course of several decades\, he has represented clients and served as an arbitrator in many types of civil litigation\, including complex business cases; constitutional cases involving freedom of the press\, due process\, and equal protection; defamation and privacy cases; and wrongful death and personal injury cases. He has also argued many appeals in state and federal courts. \nAttorney Joseph Steinfield has taught trial advocacy at Harvard Law School and constitutional law as an adjunct professor at Boston College and the University of New Hampshire Law Schools. He has taught abroad in Russia (St. Petersburg and Maykop\, Adygea)\, Slovenia\, and Iceland.
