BBA Webinar: Eviction Defense: Basics and How to Get Involved

This training will provide attendees with a basic overview of how the eviction process works in the courts and the most common defenses and counterclaims to look out for when assisting tenants. It will also provide information on how to volunteer with VLP for Housing Court Lawyer for the Day and our Answer and Discovery clinic, as well as how to volunteer to take individual cases.  It will be presented by Katie Lambing, Amy Anthony, Rochelle Jones, and Lin Wang.
