Bankruptcy Chapter 7 Training

We will be providing an overview of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy process at VLP, from the client intake to receiving a discharge. We will also provide an overview of the bankruptcy petition, schedules, forms, and the creditors meeting. This event will be helpful if you are looking to explore a new area of law or want to volunteer in a remarkably impactful way for our clients.
