Our Bankruptcy Team will share an overview and walkthrough of the NextChapter software, available to Pro Bono Attorneys for drafting and filing petitions. While many dedicated Bankruptcy Attorneys have their own preferred software, some Volunteers choose not to invest in their own software, and for them, VLP offers access to NextChapter, bankruptcy case management and document preparation software that can be linked to your CM/ECF PACER account for direct filing.
